Your perception of God matters to Him. You can’t be a Christian and believe aweful things about Him. If you believe God is cruel you will invariably pass that on to someone else. This is unacceptable to God.
Accurate knowledge: hell is the common grave, it is not a place of eternal torment. Hebrew Sheol, Greek Hades.

It is the opposite of God’s personality to torment someone forever in a burning fire. Absolutely opposite. If you have this aweful belief and believe that the wicked should be burned alive forever in hellfire, please pray about it. It is a terrible thing to have. The wicked will be dead and will stay dead after Armageddon. That is all. Ecclesiastes 9:5,10; Ezekiel 18:4
